1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ph14 Casino ("ph14", "we", "us", "our"), a gaming platform operating under the laws of the Philippines. If we discover that you maintain multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void any transactions, cancel any winnings, and forfeit any balances associated with duplicate accounts.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account, including but not limited to choosing a strong password, not sharing your credentials with any third party, and logging out after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

You agree to immediately notify ph14 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph14 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, provincial, national, or international law
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any game, bonus, promotion, or technical feature of the Platform
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantages
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to access or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or ph14 staff members
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Platform

• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account
• Charging back deposits or initiating disputes with payment providers in bad faith

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

3.3 Account Verification

ph14 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

ph14 accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine residents, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, and other electronic payment systems. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in deposit confiscation and account closure.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and the policies of third-party payment processors. ph14 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing and Requirements

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. You must withdraw funds using the same payment method used for deposits unless such method is no longer available or ph14 determines an alternative method is necessary. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but typically range from one (1) to four (4) hours for electronic wallets and up to five (5) business days for bank transfers.

ph14 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account verification level, transaction history, and applicable regulations. You must satisfy all wagering requirements associated with bonuses before withdrawing funds. Any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the specific terms of the bonus or promotion.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

ph14 is committed to preventing money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism. We maintain robust anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine law. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and may be reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or refuse to process transactions that we reasonably believe may be associated with money laundering or other illegal activities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) on eligible games before the bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash. 6.2 Player Conduct Standards

This includes but is not limited to offensive language, discriminatory remarks, spamming, or any conduct that disrupts the gaming experience of others. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on severity.

6.3 Betting Limits and Restrictions

ph14 establishes minimum and maximum betting limits for each game, which are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game type, player status, and account history. We reserve the right to modify betting limits at any time and to impose special limits on individual accounts based on our assessment of risk, player behavior, or other factors. 7. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PH14, ITS PARENT COMPANY, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "PH14 PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in service delivery
• Deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store any content and communications maintained by the Platform

The ph14 Parties' total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to ph14 in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

ph14 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable. You acknowledge that temporary interruptions in service availability may occur as normal events.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of ph14 services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints internally within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. You agree to provide all information reasonably requested to investigate and resolve your complaint.

9.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through internal processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

9.3 Arbitration Agreement

For disputes involving amounts exceeding PHP 50,000, you agree that any claim or dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or similar arbitration body mutually agreed upon. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Termination and Suspension

10.1 Termination by ph14

ph14 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Prolonged account inactivity
• At our sole discretion if we believe termination is necessary to protect ph14 or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases. ph14 will return any remaining account balance not subject to forfeiture, less any amounts owed to ph14, following successful identity verification and compliance with all withdrawal procedures.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, we will process any pending withdrawals and return your account balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Please note that closed accounts cannot be reopened, and you will need to create a new account if you wish to use ph14 services in the future, subject to eligibility requirements.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, ph14 offers self-exclusion tools that allow you to voluntarily restrict your access to the Platform for specified periods ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and we will not send you promotional communications. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the chosen duration.

11. Amendments to Terms

ph14 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes may require your affirmative acceptance before you can continue using the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
